What is it?

Boxing is a combat sport that focuses on stand-up striking using only the fists. It emphasizes technique, timing, footwork, and defensive movements such as slipping, blocking, and parrying. Boxing is widely practiced both competitively and for fitness, offering an intense full-body workout and developing sharp hand-eye coordination.
