What to Expect in Class
Each session is taught around a weekly theme — such as cage control, takedown defence, or clinch work.

Sparring – Live rounds allow you to apply what you’ve learned in a safe, controlled environment.

All MMA classes are coached in a safe, friendly, and ego-free environment — perfect for beginners and experienced students alike.
What You’ll Need
Mouthguard – Required for all sparring.
Clothing – Rash guard, fitted T-shirt, spats or MMA/board shorts.
(No pockets or zips for safety.)Water bottle & towel recommended.
There’s no set uniform, but appropriate training clothing is required. If you’re trying a class for the first time, we’ll help you get started.
