What to Expect in Class
Each session is led by an experienced coach who guides students through a weekly theme — such as guard passes, sweeps, or mount attacks.
Technique & Drilling – You’ll develop strong fundamentals through structured drilling.
Sparring & Live Rounds – Apply techniques in controlled sparring, with options for positional sparring for beginners.
Classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels. You’ll be welcomed into a respectful and supportive training environment.
What You Need to Join
Gi & Belt: Required for regular students. Available to borrow for free trials.
Mouthguard: Recommended for sparring sessions.
Water bottle & towel always useful!
If you’re new, we’ll provide a Gi and belt for your trial session. Just turn up and get ready to train.
